Refunds

If LayerCut Pro doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email from Paddle, or contact Paddle's buyer support. You can also email hello@layercut.app with your order number or the email address you bought with.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show them.

After a refund

Your license key stops working in versions released after the refund, and you can keep using the free edition.

Renewals

Update renewals can also be refunded within 30 days.

Try before you buy

The free edition shows every Pro feature in the 3D and Sheets views, so you can check that your models work before buying.
